DynCorp International Inc. announced today the initial public offering of 25.0 million of its Class A common shares at a price of $15.00 per share. Shares of DynCorp International’s Class A common stock will be traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "DCP." In addition, DynCorp International has granted the underwriters a 30-day over-allotment option to purchase an additional 3,750,000 shares.
The offering was made through an underwriting syndicate led by Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Goldman, Sachs & Co., who acted as joint book-running managers. Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. acted as co-lead manager. CIBC World Markets Corp., Jefferies Quarterdeck (a division of Jefferies & Company, Inc.), UBS Securities LLC and Wachovia Capital Markets LLC acted as co-managers.
