The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) has awarded DynCorp International (DI) and its partners in Contingency Response Services LLC the Global Contingency Services Contract (GCSC). The contract is valued at up to $450 million over a five-year period.
DynCorp International, Parsons Global Services, and PWC Logistics formed Contingency Response Services (CRS) LLC to provide a full range of world-wide contingency and disaster-response services, including humanitarian assistance and interim or transitional base-operating support services. Key functional areas where work will be performed include facility operations and maintenance; air operations; port operations; health care; supply and warehousing; galley; housing support; emergency services; security, fire, and rescue; vehicle-equipment repair; and incidental construction. Work will be performed through individual task orders extending through August 2011.
