DynCorp International Again Selected for Contract Field Teams

FALLS CHURCH, Va.—July 15, 2008—The U.S. Air Force has again selected DynCorp International (NYSE:DCP) as a provider for depot and organizational level inspection, maintenance, modification and repair worldwide under the Contract Field Teams (CFT) Program. The indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract has a maximum value of $10.1 billion for multiple awardees over seven years.

The CFT program provides a capability to rapidly deploy skilled technicians worldwide in support of the U.S. government’s war readiness and posture planning needs. It supports U.S. Air Force requirements as well as the Army, Navy, Coast Guard, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and other federal agencies. DynCorp International has more than 50 years experience with the CFT program, and in fiscal year 2008 generated more than $300 million in revenue through delivery orders under the previous CFT contract.

“We are proud of the aviation partnership we have enjoyed with our armed forces since we first began work on this contract in 1951, and honored to continue,” said DynCorp International President and CEO William L.  Ballhaus. “The Contract Field Teams are part of the lifeblood of this company, and represents a solemn commitment by our professionals to the safety and readiness of our nation's aviators.”
